Your body is miraculous, designed with the innate wisdom to heal and regenerate when given the right support. Symptoms are your body's communication calling attention to imbalance. Instead of treating or suppressing them, we look deeper to address the root causes and create lasting transformation and wellness.

Most symptoms and dis-ease emerge from an internal ecosystem that has a combination of high toxin and acid load, gut dysfunction, dehydration, nutrient depletion, and impaired mitochondrial function and cell communication. This can be due to environmental toxins, lifestyle choices, trauma, stress, or inherited patterns which all effect both physical and emotional health. When we uncover and address the biochemical, energetic and emotional causes and restore a balanced ecosystem, we can naturally heal and reclaim vitality and radiant health.

Regenerative Health is a holistic approach to healing that works at the cellular level to reverse imbalance, rebuild vitality, and restore harmony. It integrates:
• Progressive Detoxification - essential to ensure toxins don't get recirculated, but are eliminated effectively

I offer group and individual Regenerative Health programs that combine education, lifestyle guidance, and product protocols tailored to your unique needs. My approach draws from 28 years of study and practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Bodywork, Energy Therapies and Yoga.

My work is rooted in listening, presence, and collaboration to awaken your body’s natural intelligence.

My fascination with health, embodiment, and energetic awareness began early in life. After college, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist through an in-depth program that deepened my connection to the body’s intelligence and patterns of release. Around that time, my Yoga practice blossomed, and I became a Certified Yoga Teacher. My continued studies of Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy expanded my awareness of energy, and the body’s subtle rhythms and innate ability to unwind past trauma and restore harmony.

In 2010, I earned my Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA, and became a Licensed Acupuncturist. My studies included Five Element Acupuncture, Japanese Acupuncture, Medical Qi Gong, and Chi Nei Tsang with Mantak Chia. Teaching Massage and Qi Gong there refined my understanding of energy flow and somatic healing.

My most recent work as a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner has been the most integrative - uniting biochemical, emotional, and energetic understanding into one framework for modern healing. It provides a pathway for deep cellular regeneration and true empowerment in health.
